Adira Essence – Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Shipping

  • We partner with trusted suppliers to bring you curated styles delivered to your door.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is sourced from suppliers with specific return terms, our returns policy depends on the item’s origin.

1. Items Shipped from Trendsi (U.S. Warehouse)

  • Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery (tracked date).
  • Condition: Must be unworn, with tags, SKU label, and clear garment bag intact.
  • Excluded Categories: Certain items are final sale: beauty, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, bodysuits, face masks, etc.
  • Return Shipping: Customer covers shipping cost—unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee may apply for returns outside policy guidelines.
  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified.

2. Items Shipped from Dear-Lover

  • Return/Exchange Window: Within 3 days of delivery.
  • Defective Items: If confirmed via photo/video, a refund may be issued without requiring return.
  • Non-Defective Returns: Must be in original, unworn condition; buyer covers return shipping.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Waived if the error is on us (e.g., defective, wrong item).
  • Refund Processing: Typically completed within 7 business days after confirmation or receipt.

3. Items Shipped from 66Disco

Some items sold by Adira Essence are fulfilled by our trusted supplier 66Disco. The return and refund terms below apply only to products sourced from this supplier.

  1. Returns & Exchanges: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued. In these cases, return shipping costs may be covered.
  4. Customer-Initiated Returns: If a return is requested for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  6. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier. Approved refunds are typically issued within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

NOTE* The product's condition that 66Disco accepts for a return or exchange are unopened in original packaging or has never been used. That means returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.

4. Items Shipped from My Online Fashion Store (U.S. Warehouse)

  1. Returns & Exchanges: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to approval.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  3. Return Approval: Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers must wait for approval before sending any items back.
  4. Return Labels (Important): At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. *We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued. Return shipping may be covered in these cases.
  6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received at the warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  7. Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

We are actively working to expand our return options in the future.

How to Submit a Return

  1. Email us at adiraessence@gmail.com within the applicable return window.
  2. Include your order number, supplier name, and reason for return.
  3. For Trendsi, we’ll initiate the return and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  4. For Dear-Lover, we may first request a photo/video of the issue before confirming eligibility.
  5. For 66Disco, to initiate a return or exchange, please contact Adira Essence Customer Support. We will coordinate with the supplier and provide next steps and return instructions.

Once any return from any of our trusted suppliers are validated, we’ll confirm the next steps—refund, return, or exchange.

NOTE:  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking & Processing

  • Restocking fees (e.g., 20%) may apply if return guidelines aren’t followed (particularly for Trendsi returns).
  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and verified, generally within 5–7 business days.
